AhoyCareer was dealing with the issue of difficult and time-consuming candidate sourcing. The company wanted automated collection of acquired leads from various channels, such as Facebook Lead Ads. After acquiring leads into the application through our custom-developed connectors, we, together with AhoyCareer, created automated communication for the acquired contacts. The original process involved manually transcribing data into Excel, and manually writing emails and SMS messages. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The goal was to create automated solution<\/strong>, which will simplify the entire process, reduce errors, and allow recruiters to focus on the more valuable part of their work, which is working with candidates. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solution\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Before AhoyCareer, we designed and implemented candidate generation and management application<\/strong>, who: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • automates the collection and processing of candidate data from various applications (e.g., Facebook Lead Ads),\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • links the individual steps of the recruitment process (email and SMS communication, uploading CV to a personalized candidate repository),\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • eliminates manual transcription and duplicate tasks,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • provides a clear overview of each candidate's status.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The entire solution is designed to naturally fit into existing HR processes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Technology\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The solution is built on SharePoint Online within Microsoft 365<\/strong>, supplemented by automated workflows, data processing logic, and a clear user interface. We developed custom connectors for each application, so we didn't have to use third-party applications. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The advantage is that the application is fully integrated into the existing Microsoft environment, with no need for external tools or complex training. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
