Until then, it arrived through various channels: emails, forms, social media, or in person. Without unified record-keeping and a clear processing procedure.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The goal was to create\u00a0<strong>centralized solution<\/strong>, which will ensure that every suggestion is recorded, assigned to the responsible person, and followed through to resolution.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Solution\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Became part of the internal system of self-government&nbsp;<strong>Module for collecting citizen feedback<\/strong>, which allows:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>receive ideas, suggestions, and complaints in one place,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>simply share them with the relevant reports,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>track the status of the resolution for each request,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create an overview of the most common topics and issues.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The entire process is clear, transparent, and significantly reduces the risk of a submission being \u201eforgotten.\u201c.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Technology and functionalities\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The solution is built on&nbsp;<strong>SharePoint Online<\/strong>&nbsp;within Microsoft 365 and is integrated into the internal work environment of the municipality.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Key functionalities include:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>evidence of stimuli with categorization,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>assigning to responsible employees,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>solution status tracking,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>back-analysis and reporting capability.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The user interface is simple and intuitive so that employees across departments can work with it without the need for extensive training.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Result\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The introduction of a system for citizen feedback has brought:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>better communication between citizens and the office,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I will increase the transparency of handling suggestions,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>faster responses to problems in the territory,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>valuable data for improving services and infrastructure.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The solution helps local government.&nbsp;<strong>actively listen to citizens and turn feedback into real improvements<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":8320,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":true,"_breakdance_hide_in_design_set":false,"_breakdance_tags":""},"odvetvie":[7],"class_list":["post-8235","pripadova-studia","type-pripadova-studia","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","odvetvie-samospravy"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/opium.matelabs.dev\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pripadova-studia\/8235","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/opium.matelabs.dev\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pripadova-studia"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/opium.matelabs.dev\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/pripadova-studia"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/opium.matelabs.dev\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/3"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/opium.matelabs.dev\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/8320"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/opium.matelabs.dev\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=8235"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"odvetvie","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/opium.matelabs.dev\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/odvetvie?post=8235"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
